Pre-Requisites

Before importing the automation, you’ll need:

Note! If you don’t use the above but use other alternatives e.g. Outlook, Otter AI, or different file storing systems, you can switch this out - see the step by step guide for more info!

How to Import the Template Files

  1. Download the template files from the community resource link.
  2. In n8n, create a new workflow.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select "Import from file".
  4. Repeat this process for each JSON template included in the package.
  5. Be sure to review the embedded notes or guidelines inside each workflow for setup instructions or customization tips.
